Motivators

Personal interests, attitudes, and values drive WHY we are motivated.  Six categories rank the priority in each person compared to others.  Knowing WHY you are motivated really helps you understand yourself and where you would succeed. It also helps you identify where you are not motivated and what gaps need skills training. The results are incredible in identifying what the employee brings to the job.  The combination of the DISC and Motivations Assessments will zero in on an individuals capabilities and gaps.
